pojko Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pojko ("pojko", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pojko website, mobile browser platform, games, betting services, promotional offers, and all related features accessible at pojko.com. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any pojko service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

pojko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Age Requirement

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pojko login credentials. pojko will never ask you for your password, your bKash PIN, or your Nagad PIN — via live chat, email, or any form on the website. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pojko's support team immediately via live chat. pojko cannot be held liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with a third party or failing to notify pojko of a suspected security breach in a timely manner.

2.5 KYC Verification

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

4 Bonus & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most pojko bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. You must complete the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses are offered for genuine recreational play. Exploiting pojko's bonus structure through coordinated multi-account play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. pojko reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from abused bonuses, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at pojko's sole discretion based on account activity data.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses not activated within the eligible period and wagering requirements not completed within the active period will expire automatically, and any associated bonus balance will be forfeited without compensation. pojko may extend expiry periods at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4.5 Promotions for Bangladesh

pojko runs seasonal promotions aligned to key events in the Bangladesh calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL season, T20 World Cup, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Eligibility criteria for these promotions are stated in the individual promotion terms and may include minimum deposit thresholds in BDT (৳), specified payment methods, or specific game categories.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

pojko reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and confirmed by pojko's system. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, pojko will investigate and resolve the matter on the basis of the information available in its system logs. Verbal, written, or chat-based claims that a bet was placed will not be accepted as evidence of a confirmed wager.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits for all sports betting markets and casino games are displayed within the game or betting interface. These limits may vary by game type, market, player account tier, and time of day. pojko reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or prize values — including but not limited to incorrect odds due to a data feed error, a casino game malfunction, or a technical glitch — pojko reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. No winnings may be retained by a player where a manifest error is the reason for an extraordinary payout. pojko's determination of a manifest error is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 8.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Strategies

The following betting behaviours are prohibited on pojko and may result in account restriction or closure: arbitrage betting using odds discrepancies across markets; use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; coordinated betting strategies across multiple accounts designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; and any form of match manipulation or collusion with third parties to influence sports outcomes.

5.5 Game Integrity

All casino games available on pojko are provided by certified third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. pojko does not alter game mathematics, payout percentages, or outcomes. 6 Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing pojko from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and attempting to circumvent geographical restrictions through a VPN or proxy service.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pojko account at any time by contacting pojko's live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request after a minimum cooling-off period, unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion request, in which case the self-exclusion terms apply.

7.2 Closure by pojko

pojko reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; identification of a duplicate account; identification of prohibited betting conduct; age verification failure; or any other circumstance in which pojko reasonably believes account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

7.4 Balance on Account Closure

Where pojko closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds, bonus winnings, or wagering conducted in breach of these Terms will be forfeited. Any balance representing genuine personal deposits not implicated in a breach will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and returned at pojko's discretion where the circumstances of the breach permit.

8 Liability & Disputes

8.1 Limitation of Liability

pojko provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While pojko makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, pojko cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by factors outside its control — including internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, payment provider delays, or force majeure events. pojko's liability to any player for losses arising from a service interruption is limited to the return of the relevant stake where a bet was not confirmed prior to the interruption.

pojko is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated winnings in connection with a void bet or technical error.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a withdrawal, a bonus ruling, or any other pojko service, you should contact pojko's live chat support team in the first instance. pojko aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of the dispute being formally raised. If you are not satisfied with pojko's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to pojko's senior complaints team by requesting escalation via live chat. pojko will review escalated complaints within 10 business days and provide a final written response.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pojko does not make specific representations about the legal status of online gaming in Bangladesh, and players are responsible for ensuring that their use of pojko complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. By registering on pojko, you confirm that you are accessing the platform of your own free will and that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you personally.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with pojko's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pojko with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
